SUPPORT logoThe Trial Management Tool is a tool that supports the conduct and management of randomised, controlled trials.  It provides a checklist of issues that should be considered when managing a trial, examples of how these issues have been addressed by other researchers, a library of relevant documents and teaching materials. It also provides access to related websites.  


The Trial Management Tool has been developed by the EC-funded SUPPORT Collaboration: Supporting Policy-relevant reviews and trials (www.support-collaboration.org). The Trial Management Tool is available as a platform-independent version that will run with any modern browser. 

Please note that this is a beta version and may contain some small errors.  Suggestions for corrections and improvements are welcome and should be addressed to TMT_comments@me.com. 


Commercial statement

SUPPORT is happy for the Trial Management Tool to be used at no charge in free educational programmes. However, when tuition is charged, or the Trial Management Tool is used by a for-profit organisation, our royalty fee is 10% of gross receipts.  If you are planning to use the Trial Management Tool within a for-profit organisation in any way, please contact us to discuss a donation to our work.
