Facilitating the conduct of pragmatic randomized controlled trials
The SUPPORT project has developed a number of tools to help researchers design, fund and run pragmatic randomized controlled trials.  These tools are given below.

Trial design Trial funding
The Clinical Trial Simulator
Software that can simulate randomized controlled trials. With the clinical trial simulator the user can explore aspects of design, conduction and analysis of randomized controlled trials.  This tool was originally developed in a sister project called Practihc (www.practihc.org/) but was updated in SUPPORT.

The Trial Protocol Tool
Software that provides training and mentoring to researchers who are interested in designing and conducting pragmatic randomized controlled trials.  The tool was developed in a sister project called Practihc (www.practihc.org/).

Trial Funding Tool
Software that provides help and advice to researchers looking for ways to fund their trials.  It contains advice from over 20 international trialists and researchers.  (Winzip format, 13 340 kb)
Trial management

Trial Management Tool
Software that provides help and resources on trial data collection and management, reporting and promoting the uptake of results of randomised controlled trials, available in English (Winzip format, 40 918 kb) and Spanish.
